Offer and pay school bills in Smartschool

Schools can distribute school statements with a payment invitation from Twikey via Smartschool. This is an alternative to the standard e-mail notification from Informat. This reduces administrative costs for schools while parents enjoy greater convenience and higher payment comfort.

With the Twikey plug-in in Smartschool, schools can add smart payment links to invoices and show these in Smartschool. This payment link offers a wide range of payment methods. In addition to the smart payment link, schools can offer parents the option to simply sign a legally valid direct debit mandate with each invoice. New school invoices are then immediately collected via direct debit.

Twikey connects with your payment partners (e.g. MultiSafepay, Mollie, Belfius, Payconiq, Pom...) and performs direct debits automatically via your own bank (Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, KBC, ING...).

Finally, the payment of each invoice, regardless of the method of payment, is monitored so that everything is quickly settled in the company's own accounting package. If a direct debit fails, the automated failure management kicks in, resulting in an average of 99.85% of all invoices being collected without any administrative intervention.
